The game shop was built to support a complete in-game economy separated from the PaintSwap marketplace, using $BRUSH as crypto token. Some items needed to progress further in the game, or to boost your levels, can be bought in the shop where the funds are split into the game treasure, development funds and token burns. The bazaar was the latest addition to the trading experience. It uses a novel order-book type of trading, similar to how many centralized stocks or crypto exchanges work. The difference is the Estfor Bazaar is de-centralized and lives completely on-chain where nothing can be interfered with. You simply choose to buy or sell a certain item at a certain price. If the item exists at the price (in the opposite direction), your buy/sell order will be completed instantly. If you enter a higher sell price or lower buy price than available in the order book, a new order will be created that someone else can fill later on. | The bazaar was the latest addition to the trading experience. It's the optimal way of trading items in Estfor and the developers recommend this approach over both PaintSwap and the in-game shop. It also supports bulk orders, automatic fills, editing, removal, trading history and more. The idea is that you should be able to buy or sell anything with a click of a button, at balanced prices. All quantities mentioned as "per hour(total)" are equal. For example, X amount of paper is equal to Y amount of arrowhead.

The numbers provided are derived from the time and resources required for various actions. Each hour of all actions is equivalent to 20.3 cooked goldfish, regardless of the level or items used.
Some items are missing, so their rates need to be estimated.
For example, the rate for “One Titanium” shield to shadow scroll can be calculated in the following way:
1 Titanium shield requires one hour of work and 60 Titanium bars and 50 Lossuth scales , while a shadow scroll necessitates one hour of work, 200 bonemeal, and 200 pieces of paper.
Given that 20.3 cooked goldfish equals 13.1 Titanium bars, we can conclude that 4.5 hours of work (93 cooked goldfish) equals 20 Titanium bars. Also to calculate lossuth scales we have to check combat list which says an hour(20.3 cooked goldfish) is equal to 0.93 lossuth scale, to get 50 scales we have to farm it 53.7 hours.
Therefore, a shield is worth 53.7 plus 4.5 hours and 1 hour of smithing to make the shield, which is equal to 59.2 hours or 1202 cooked goldfish .
For the shadow scroll, which entails one hour of work, paper, and bonemeal.
Based on list each 90 shadow scrolls are equal to one hours of work.
Therefore, 1 Titanium shield is equal to approximately 5328 shadow scrolls.

All Heroes, Items and Pets in Estfor are NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). They exist in your connected wallet and are owned by you only. The only way to change ownership is to transfer them to another wallet which can be done either with an in-game transfer or by selling it. Nobody can take it from you, not even the game developers, unless you lose access to your wallet key, so KEEP IT SAFE. You are responsible for your wallet just as you are responsible for any cryptocurrency you own. NOBODY can reimburse you for lost coins or game assets in case of a compromised wallet.
All NFTs have a monetary value determined by supply and demand for the particular Hero, Item or Pet. That means you can earn money, tiny or large depending on your IRL trading skills! Different trading features are available for the Estfor NFTs, depending on type. Continue reading to find out what best suits you.

PaintSwap (PS)
The PaintSwap NFT marketplace was the original product built by the PaintSwap team, who also developed Estfor. It supports all NFTs found in Estfor and contains many tools for doing simple and advanced trades, including but not limited to time-limited sales, auctions, offers, floor sweeping, P2P swapping, sale notifications and much more. While it is possible to trade in-game items on PS, the developers recommend using the P2P trading bazaar inside Estfor for simplicity and a more suitable order book (see below). Heroes and pets can currently only be traded on PS.
Estfor In-game Shop
The game shop was built to support a complete in-game economy separated from the PaintSwap marketplace, using $BRUSH as crypto token. Some items needed to progress further in the game, or to boost your levels, can be bought in the shop where the funds are split into the game treasure, development funds and token burns. The game treasure is then used to fund players when they sell back items into the shop, where items are instantly burned. This makes it possible for anyone to earn $BRUSH simply by obtaining items in the game. The more players buy certain items, the more funds are given back. The in-game shop does currently not support Heroes or Pets trading.
Estfor P2P Trading Bazaar
The bazaar was the latest addition to the trading experience. It uses a novel order-book type of trading, similar to how many centralized stocks or crypto exchanges work. The difference is the Estfor Bazaar is de-centralized and lives completely on-chain where nothing can be interfered with. You simply choose to buy or sell a certain item at a certain price. If the item exists at the price (in the opposite direction), your buy/sell order will be completed instantly. If you enter a higher sell price or lower buy price than available in the order book, a new order will be created that someone else can fill later on.

Item Valuation
As the trading of NFTs are driven by supply and demand there is no way to tell the exact price for a certain item. However, most items in Estfor are bound to a certain effort in acquiring them. That can be used to gain knowledge, compare and create benchmarks.
As a player of the game, you have the option to trade your items for other needed items. A community member has created a trade rate list to serve as a basis and help facilitate fair and good trades. "Jul 29, 2024 by MANDAL"
